Daventry man convicted of serious sexual offences against children


A Daventry man has been convicted of a string of serious sexual offences against children.

Keith Streeton, aged 73, was convicted of 11 offences at Northampton Crown Court last Friday (November 13). These include rape, indecent assaults, indecency with a child, sexual assaults of a child and causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.

The offences were committed between 1981 and 2017 and include numerous victims.

Streeton has been remanded into custody and is due for sentencing at Northampton Crown Court on Thursday, December 17.
