Criminal Damage to Van, Brixworth

Brixworth based food business The Breadline have slammed the people responsible for breaking into one of their food vans and stealing some of their stock.

Taking to Facebook the owners said;

Shame on you! ??

During these uncertain times where we are actually struggling to keep the business operating. We should ALL be championing and supporting our local businesses, it is with a heavy heart we share these images with you all.

We have been broken into two nights in a row.

Day 1; crisps, chocolate and other ambient stock were stolen and parts of our compound damaged.

Day 2; one of our vans was vandalised and another van has suffered an attempted break in.

To put things into perspective, the cost of the damage is more than one months wages for our local staff members. We are now a van down.

We have ALL been affected by this and we are ALL incredibly distressed.

Shame on the individuals who have targeted our local business for their own pleasure, gain & self-interest. This gives us little faith in humanity.
