Burglars Target Local Rugby Primary School

At around 9pm on Wednesday 13th May, Rugby Free Primary School was the target of burglars.

They broke into the premises and stole nearly all of the children’s Ipads and laptops (approximately £50,000 of equipment). The local police and forensics team responded instantly when the crime was discovered the following morning and have collected a lot of evidence from the scene. The police also have all of the CCTV footage and are in the process of looking for the suspects now.

If you know of anything that could help the police with their enquiries or you see a large amount of used laptops and Ipads for sale locally, please get in touch with Warwickshire Police on 101 or online at https://cms.warwickshire.police.uk/article/5739/How-else-can-I-contact-you

Rugby Free Primary School would like to assure all parents, pupils and teachers that the building has been fully secured with new locks.
